Not possible, Firefox uses a newer and less secure version of the original Weave sync protocol unlike Pale Moon.

Simply open the Pale Moon appmenu, hover/click the arrow next to "preferences" and select the various toolbar. If you have the menu bar enabled, it's under "view" instead.
